My name is Sooyoung -
a product-led marketer and UX-focused strategist across health, wellness, and beauty, with strengths in digital marketing and global market-targeted strategies.

I work at the intersection of product and service marketing and user experience design, with hands-on experience across the health, wellness, and beauty industries. My background spans both agency and in-house environments, where I’ve led data-driven initiatives across digital platforms, product launches, and end-to-end service journeys—connecting marketing strategy with scalable, user-centered experiences.

I’ve led end-to-end initiatives in regulated consumer categories, including functional foods and personalized health services. Most recently, I took on a product management–like role leading a personalized gut health analysis service, designing and optimizing the full customer journey—from onboarding and testing to insights and recommendations—which deepened my focus on UX and service design.

Earlier in my career, I planned and managed global PR and go-to-market strategies for a K-beauty brand across five international markets, building a strong global perspective and sensitivity to local market dynamics. Working in an agency environment also strengthened my ability to operate in fast-paced, agile settings, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively across teams and clients.
Looking ahead, I want to continue working in the health and wellness technology space, where services are becoming increasingly digital, personalized, and accessible. My goal is to help build health products and services that people can trust, understand, and seamlessly integrate into their daily lives.
